The team at our 7-Eleven headquarters in Mount Waverley consists of more than 150 experienced professionals working in the areas of marketing, operations, training, information technology, property development, construction and accounts. Warren Wilmot is Chief Executive Officer and as such is responsible for the daily operation of the business. The Senior Management Committee is made up of the head of each department and reports directly to him. This includes the head of marketing, operations in each state, training, accounts, construction and property development.

District managers are an important part of our operations department. Each manager is responsible for a district of 10 to 12 stores and acts as the direct contact for our franchisees. Serving as business advisor, the district managers help the franchisees solve problems and develop opportunities in their individual businesses.
