Art Rubinett is Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. He leads all legal support for franchising, licensing and real estate.

He joined 7-Eleven in 1988 as Attorney and was later promoted to Senior Attorney. Over 20 years, he has focused on providing legal support for franchising, assuming a lead role in drafting the Company's franchise disclosure documents and handling a variety of legal issues related to the Business Conversion Program (BCP).

Art’s professional career began with Smith, Underwood, Carmichael & Floyd in 1985. He was also Associate Attorney at Cox & Smith.

Art earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas and juris doctorate from Southern Methodist School of Law.
