Cynthia Noren
Vice President, Human Resources

Cynthia Noren is Vice President of Human Resources for 7-Eleven, Inc. She is responsible for the planning and execution of Field and Store Support Center strategies that build organizational capability and culture.

Before joining 7-Eleven, Cynthia was the Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Diversity for Frito-Lay, Inc. She also served as Human Resources Vice President for several PepsiCo organizations, including Business Process Transformation, Foodservice and Vending sales organization, and PepsiCo Business Solutions Group.

Cynthia began her career in Operations as an Area Manager for Pizza Hut and later moved into Human Resources as Senior Manager of National Training and Development.

She holds a Bachelor's degree from Ashland University and a Master's degree from Ohio State University.
