
David Hurst
Vice President of Talent Management and Assessment
David Hurst is Vice President of Talent Management and Assessment for 7-Eleven, Inc. He is responsible for all training and development strategies, management and executive development, succession planning and corporate staffing.
Most recently, David was with Personnel Decisions International (PDI) as a senior consultant. Prior to PDI, David worked in a number of sales and management roles for Systems Center, Inc. He has a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Virginia Tech, and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Biola University.
