Frank Gambina
Vice President, Southwest Division

Frank Gambina is Vice President of National Franchise. He is responsible for the franchise arrangement, franchise growth strategy, franchise recruitment, the continuous improvement of the Franchise Relationship and the strengthening of the overall 7-Eleven franchise system.

As the son of a former franchisee, Frank has literally grown up at 7-Eleven. He joined the company in 1978 as an auditor and has served in a number of operations and merchandising roles, including field consultant, division buyer, market manager, sales and merchandising manager and Vice President of the Mid-Pacific Division. Most recently, he was the Vice President for 7-Eleven's Southwest Division (stores in Southern California).

Born in Brea, Calif., Gambina attended Fullerton College where he majored in business management.
