Joseph Strong, vice president of the Chesapeake Division of 7-Eleven, Inc., is responsible for 800 7-Eleven® stores in Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland and North Carolina.

The Schenectady, N.Y.-native joined the company as a management trainee in 1972 and served in a number of operations positions, including store manager, field consultant, sales manager and market manager. In 2000, Strong was named vice president of the Chesapeake Division.
