Nancy Smith
Vice President, Operations Support

Nancy Smith is Vice President of Operations Support. Smith is responsible for the close collaboration between field operations and store support center (headquarters) programs. She ensures that all store support center programs integrate well with store operations.

Most recently, she was Vice President for the Great Lakes Division (the upper Midwest) and led the integration of the White Hen Pantry company into 7-Eleven operations. Smith also served as Vice President of Field Merchandising, directing the company’s sales and merchandising managers, merchandisers, logistics managers and the quality assurance group. She began her career with 7-Eleven in 1984 as an area sales manager. From there, she advanced into roles of increasing responsibility in merchandising, operations and marketing. Nancy has served as Category Manager, National POP Manager, Director of Advertising and Promotions, Vice President of Marketing and Communications and Vice President of Marketing.

She is a native of Michigan. Smith holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Oklahoma State University and an Executive MBA from Southern Methodist University.
