Rankin Gasaway
Vice President and Assistant General Counsel

Rankin Gasaway is Vice President and Assistant General Counsel.  He oversees all legal support for human resources, merchandising, logistics, information systems, trademarks, environmental, and general corporate matters.

Rankin is a 16-year veteran of 7-Eleven and has handled a variety of corporate matters during his tenure with the Company.  He joined the Company in December 1991, and prior to taking on his current role, Rankin held the title of Senior Counsel with primary responsibility for employment law and litigation.

Prior to joining 7-Eleven, Rankin was an associate at Gardere & Wynne.  He holds a bachelors degree in Government from the University of Texas and a J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law.
