Tom Scallion

Tom Scallion is Vice President of Business Transformation.  He is responsible for the team focused on the transforming the organization in the areas of Retailer Initiative/Merchandising, Inventory Management and Logistics. 

He has a broad range of operations experience from his 28 years with the company including roles as Sales Manager, District Manager, Sales and Promotion Manager and Market Manager.  He moved to Dallas in 1999 to manage the Model Market pilot in Fort Worth, Texas, and he also served as Director of Operations Support.  Most recently, he was Senior Director of Retailer Initiative responsible for simplifying store processes and systems.
