Do my stars roll over?
Yep. Your stars follow you wherever you go, sort of like a cute puppy.
What size cup is free?
After you rack up 6 stars, any size of the Hot Beverages, Ice Chillers, Big Gulp® Drinks or Slurpee® Drinks is on the house. 7-Eleven Refill Mugs included.
What counts as a star?
Every purchase, in any size, of the Hot Beverages, Ice Chillers, Big Gulp® Drinks and Slurpee Drinks counts as a star. 7-Eleven Refill Mugs included.
Is it still one barcode for all coupons?
Yep. One barcode works for all coupons.
Where are the tabs?
Click the menu icon in the lower right corner of the app to expand the menu options.
Where is the barcode?
The barcode is always on the home page.
Where are the coupons now?
All your coupons are in the Scan & Save section. Just click on the menu option in the bottom right corner and tap on Scan & Save.
Where is my free drink coupon?
After your 6th cup purchase, your punch card will be filled with 6 green stars. The next time you scan, your 7th cup will be automatically free. No coupon needed.
Where is the home page?
Open your app, and voila! It’s the first screen that appears.
Where is my punch card?
Your punch card has moved to the home page.
I didn’t have my phone on me, but I have the receipt. Can I still get a star?
Bummerville. Your barcode must be scanned at the time of purchase to receive a star. Have your phone handy to earn those free cups.
The store associate didn’t scan or refused to scan my barcode. How do I get my star?
Remain calm. First, we need you to fill out a mobile feedback form. Then, one of our helpful customer relations representatives will contact you to get to the bottom of this.
The store associate scanned my barcode, but the star didn’t register. How do I fix this?
That’s no bueno. Please submit a mobile feedback form, and one of our helpful customer relations representatives will contact you soon.
Is the app accepted at all 7-Eleven® locations?
Most but not all! 7-Eleven stores that are not participating will not show up in the locator on your app. Hawaii, New Mexico, Northern Michigan, Oklahoma, West Texas and parts of Utah are not participating at this time.
I didn’t receive a star for a qualifying refill cup. What do I do?
Let’s get you that star back. Just fill out a mobile feedback form, and one of our helpful customer relations representatives will contact you soon.
My stars started over, but I never received a free cup. What should I do?
No cup. No good. Let’s get to the bottom of this. Please fill out a mobile feedback form, and one of our customer relations representatives will contact you ASAP.
Is there a limit to how many stars I can earn per day or transaction?
There’s no limit to the stars you can earn per day or transaction.
How do I log in?
Just enter the email and password you registered with. Lost your login info? Follow instructions in FAQ #8 under new customers to dig them up.
Can I update my email address?
Trying to shake that embarrassing old email address? Sorry. For now, you’re stuck with the email address you registered with.
I updated my app and lost my stars. What do I do?
Those stars are probably lost and scared. Let’s help you find them. Please submit a mobile feedback form, and one of our customer relations representatives will contact you soon.
Do I have to have the app to join 7Rewards?
Yep. You’ve got to have the app to get the stars.
What if I don’t have a smartphone? Can I still participate?
Technology. Can’t live with it. Can’t earn 7Rewards without it. Sorry, but at this time, you need a smartphone to run the app.
What’s the barcode for?
The barcode is your one-way ticket to happiness. Scan the barcode with every purchase to receive stars, redeem offers, and participate in promotions.
What items count for stars?

How do I scan? Tell me how this works.
We have highly trained scanning experts (the sales associates) ready to help you earn stars. During the transaction, present your barcode to the sales associate. He or she will scan your barcode and items. Boom. Star earned.
I’ve earned my free cup, but when I tried to redeem it, I had to pay. What’s the deal?

Do I need Wi-Fi or data to redeem offers in store?
Yes, data is required. If your app is running, you’re in business.
How do I reset my password?
Please trigger the password reset process from the login screen by clicking “Forgot Password.” You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. The link will expire within two hours of being sent.

What is a 7-Eleven gift card?
A 7-Eleven Gift Card is a gift card specifically for 7-Eleven stores. You can use it to buy almost anything you want at 7-Eleven. Want a Big Bite hot dog and a soda? You got it. Chips and a Slurpee drink? All yours. Beef jerky and a cappuccino? A little strange, but sure, why not?
How do I get a 7-Eleven Gift card?
You can buy a 7-Eleven Gift Card at most 7-Eleven stores. Or better yet, have a friend or family member buy one for you.
How does my 7-Eleven Gift card work?
Just like any prepaid card. After purchase, it's preloaded with a dollar amount and you use it until the dollar amount is gone. If you need to check your balance, you can do it right here.
Do I need to activate my 7-Eleven Gift card?
No. Your card will be activated at the time of purchase.
What should I do if my 7-Eleven Gift card is lost or stolen?
Unfortunately, gift cards aren't protected so if they're lost or stolen they can't be replaced. We suggest taping the gift card to your body. Or at least keeping it in a safe place.
What do I need to include if giving the 7-Eleven Gift card as a present?
High five yourself for giving such an awesome gift. Then head to a 7-Eleven store to purchase and activate your gift.
How do I check the value of my 7-Eleven Gift card?

Is there a limit to the value placed on the 7-Eleven Gift card?
Yes, the maximum amount you can put on a 7-Eleven Gift Card is $100.
What should I do with my 7-Eleven Gift card once the value is depleted?
Cut it up and throw it away. Or if you're really lucky find a plastic shredder or wood chipper and enjoy the show.
How do I make a purchase with my 7-Eleven Gift card?
Go to 7-Eleven, pick out your items and when it's time to pay for your purchase simply swipe your card in the card reader. It works just like a credit card, but won't require a signature.
How long can I use my 7-Eleven Gift card?
7-Eleven Gift Cards never expire, but why wait? Go use it all today.
