How do I?

The 7REWARDS Program offers deals and promotions to members who are 21 and older. In order to gain access to these offers, members are required to Age Verify.

  1. Go to Profile.
  2. Scroll down to Age Verification.
  3. Select Verify and follow the prompts.
  4. After you have verified, be sure to OPT IN for emails from 7-Eleven and select your offers.

The 7REWARDS Program allows an account to be created through various channels. As a result, it’s understandable that members could end up with multiple accounts. The ability to merge accounts is live within the 7-Eleven Mobile App.

  1. Login to Facebook Connect or traditional email based account.
  2. Go to the Account section.
  3. Click Profile and enter your phone number in the designated field.
  4. Click Verify. Once the system recognizes the account associated with your phone number, you will be prompted to combine accounts.
  5. Follow the prompts to verify the phone number and merge the accounts.

This process only works if you have an account created at the register in store or via text (phone number only) AND an email account OR a Facebook Connect account. The option to merge an email based account with a Facebook Connect account is not available at this time. Please call 800-255-0711 for assistance.

The 7REWARDS Program allows members who do not have smart devices to participate in the program using Loyalty Cards. The cards can also be used as a backup to scanning the 7-Eleven Mobile App or entering a registered phone number at the register.

  1. Go to the Account section.
  2. Click on 7REWARDS Cards.
  3. In app, you have the option to take a picture of the card or manually type in the number. Online, simply type in the card number.
  4. If the card is successfully added, it will be listed in the My 7REWARDS Cards section.

The card should be registered in order to take full advantage of the program. While you can earn points as an unregistered member, the benefits are extremely limited. Please call 800-255-0711 for assistance.

In some areas, the 7-Eleven Mobile App allows members to “skip the line” and checkout directly from the app. In order to take advantage of this function, a credit or debit card has to be associated with the account.

  1. Go to the Account section.
  2. Click Payment.
  3. Then click Add Payment and fill in the required details.
  4. Once the card is added, it will be listed within the Payment section.

For ease of use, the option to add the 7-Eleven Mobile App to Apple Wallet is available. Adding 7REWARDS will allow the Single Member Barcode to present itself as a notification when you visit one of your Favorite Locations.

  1. Go to the Account section.
  2. Scroll all of the way to the bottom and click Add to Apple Wallet located above the Sign Out button.
  3. Once you’ve clicked on Add to Apple Wallet, the virtual 7Rewards Loyalty Card will be visible.
  4. Click Add.

The 7-Eleven Mobile App allows users to “favorite” locations. By making a location your favorite, the virtual 7REWARDS Loyalty Card will pop up on screen when you’re near the store.

There are 2 ways to Favorite locations.

  1. Go to the Account section.
  2. Click on My Stores.
  3. Click on Add Store. (Location Services must be turned on for the 7-Eleven Mobile App.)
  4. The map will default to the locations that are near you. Enter a city & state or zip code to select a store in another area.
  5. Once the search is complete, there will be a list of locations underneath the map. Click the greyed out heart next to the location you’d like to add to Favorites.

  1. From the Home Screen, click on the location icon in the upper right hand corner.
  2. The map will default to the locations that are near you. Enter a city & state or zip code to select a store in another area.

The 7-Eleven Mobile App is capable of sending emails and push notifications from time to time. The Communications will inform you of active promotions as well as invite you to share feedback.

  1. Go to the Account section.
  2. Click on Preferences.
  3. Toggle the switch on Communication based on whether or not you’d like to hear from 7-Eleven. (Green – Yes. Gray – No)

From time to time, 7REWARDS will limit an available promotion to a specific store location. In order to make sure the deals are available to you, 7-Eleven requires Location Services to be turned On.

For iPhones:

  1. Go to your device’s Settings.
  2. Click on Privacy.
  3. Click on Location Services.
  4. Locate 7-Eleven and designate the level of permitted access. (Never, Ask Next Time, While Using the App or Always)

For Android:

  1. Go to your device’s Settings.
  2. Tap Location.
  3. Move the slider to On.

The 7-Eleven Mobile App is password protected. The password can be reset from within the app or the login screen.

In App Steps:

  1. Go to the Account section.
  2. Click on Profile.
  3. Click on Reset Password located at the bottom of the page.
  4. Login Screen Steps:
  5. Click on Sign In.
  6. Click Forgot Password?
  7. Enter the email address associated with your account then click Reset.

To be considered valid, a 7REWARDS password must have:

  • At least 1 capital letter
  • At least 1 lower case letter
  • At least 1 number
  • At least 8 digits

The password will able so rejected if it is considered an easily guessed password. This is for the security of your account.

Profile & Loyalty Cards

The 7-Eleven Mobile App may use details within your profile to cater your deals and communicate with you. By adding a verified phone number, you can enter it at the register to earn and redeem Rewards. Unfortunately, land lines are not eligible.

All information within the Profile can be edited with the exception of the Account ID.

You can edit your name, email address, phone number, address, gender and country within the Profile section of your account online and within the app.

Your email address can be updated by visiting the My Account section then clicking on My Profile. Please note, you will have to click ‘SAVE’ to record the changes. The email address associated with your login cannot be updated, only the email used for communication. Also note, an email address can only be associated with one account at a time.

A phone number can only be verified and linked with your account if text messages can be received. Unfortunately, land lines are not eligible for registration.

Yes. Please go to the profile page and add the phone number you used to create the duplicate account. If you are eligible to merge accounts you will receive a prompt to merge the duplicate accounts. Follow the instructions to complete the merge process.

If you do not get a prompt to merge accounts, please call our customer service team at 1-800-255-0711 for help.

You are welcome to take advantage of the program as you travel back and forth between the United States and Canada. In order to do so, you will need to change the selected country each visit from within your Account Profile.

Please note, punches and points earned are only valid for the country in which they were earned.

You are more than welcome to request an additional card in store. Be sure to scan the new card during your transaction and register it to your account so you can link all of your earned points.

Once cards are linked to your account, all earnings are reflected on the Home Screen of your 7REWARDS App. There is no differentiation between points earned using multiple cards linked to one account.

Card numbers can be added after registration. Simply log in to your 7REWARDS account at www.7eleven.ca/7rewards or www.7-eleven.com/7rewards based on your country. The option to add loyalty cards is housed within the Account section. All linked card numbers will also be listed in this area.

The option is also available within the 7-Eleven Mobile App.

Unfortunately, we cannot register your card or create an account for you as you have to accept the program’s Term’s & Conditions.
