7REWARDS is a loyalty program where customers can earn points with every qualifying purchase. In addition to rewards points, customers can save money with valuable coupons. You can learn more about the program at www.7-eleven.com/7rewards.
Yes. Please go to the profile page and add the phone number you used to create the duplicate account. If you are eligible to merge accounts you will receive a prompt to merge the duplicate accounts. Follow the instructions to complete the merge process.
If you do not get a prompt to merge accounts, please call our customer service team at 1-800-255-0711 for help.
When you check out in-store, show your 7REWARDS barcode (from app, mobile website, or linked physical card) or enter the phone number associated with your 7REWARDS account.
Each dollar you spend will reward you with 10 rewards points, available immediately after purchase.
No! 7REWARDS is free to join. Members earn points on eligible items.
On the 7-Eleven app home page, tap Choose Rewards.
There are four levels of rewards options. Each level requires either 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, or 5000 7REWARDS points per item. Swipe left and right to switch between levels. Tap “Redeem” next to the item you wish to redeem.
Confirm redemption by checking the “My Rewards” section. The item will be listed in “My Rewards,” and the points value for redemption will be deducted from your overall points balance.
Grab your selected item in the store and head to the counter. Show your app barcode when purchasing the item and discount will be added at the register.
While you earn 7REWARDS points with every eligible 7NOW order, currently points can only be used for In-Store purchases through the 7-Eleven App.
On the 7-Eleven app home page, tap the settings icon at the top left. In that menu tap 7REWARDS Cards. Enter your card number or tap the camera icon to scan your 7REWARDS card. Points accumulated on the card will be moved to your account balance.
You can continue to use the card when transacting to add points to your balance. Multiple cards can be added per account.
Effective July 6th, 2018, when you scan your 7REWARDS app or card, redeem points, or complete an in-store transaction with your 7REWARDS account at least once every 90 days, your points and punches will not expire.
If you do not have any of this activity every 90 days, your points and punches will expire. Remember, all you need to do to prevent this is earn more points, redeem points, or complete a transaction on your 7REWARDS account and you are good!
Points and My Rewards have no value, may not be redeemed for cash, and are not transferable to any other individual or entity.
Points will not be accumulated on the portion of any transaction that was paid for or credited by using or redeeming My Rewards or other discounts or promotional codes. Points will not be accumulated on purchases of the following products/services: fuel, age-restricted items (such as cigarettes, tobacco, lottery tickets and alcohol), financial services, prepaid card products, money orders, gift cards, phone cards, stamps, Post Office stamps and merchandise, event tickets, bus tickets and passes, charitable donations, gift with purchases or as may be excluded in a particular promotion, and any other items specified as exclusions from time to time (collectively, the “Excluded Items”).

Yes! You can always earn points every time you make a purchase at the store, even if it has not been registered yet. Points will expire in two months if card is not registered.
You can confirm your card/barcode registered by either checking for your name on the pin pad device when making your purchase or reviewing your receipt. The receipt will state Member Transaction and show the last 4 digits of your Member ID near the bottom.
You can view all rewards by clicking on My Rewards.
Unfortunately, the process of selecting a reward is irreversible. The selected Reward will remain listed within the My Rewards section until it is redeemed or expires.
The option to delete a card is not available at this time.
The fuel loyalty rewards program is part of the 7Rewards overall loyalty program. It is designed to reward loyalty members who purchase fuel products at 7-Eleven gas stations.
There are several methods you can use to pay for fuel at 7-Eleven gas stations:
- Mobile Payment: You can add your method of payment (Credit/Debit/Apple Pay/Google Pay/7-Eleven Wallet) in the mobile app and utilize the mobile “Pay for fuel” feature to authorize the pump from mobile app.
- Pay At The Pump: You can enter your loyalty Alt ID (Phone number) at the pump and swipe your method of payment to authorize the pump.
You can load and reload your 7-Eleven Wallet in the following ways:
- At participating 7-Eleven locations, go to the 7-Eleven Store Associate to add cash directly into your Wallet. The store associate will scan your Wallet barcode from your app to load cash into your Wallet.
- Go to “Wallet” from your 7-Eleven mobile app and tap on “Add Money.” You can add money into your Wallet via the app with credit card, debit card, or ApplePay/GooglePay.
- If you have a gift card, you can add your card into your wallet by entering the 16-digit gift card number on the back of your card.
In the 7-Eleven mobile app, tap on “Wallet” to view your Wallet balance. Your Wallet balance is also displayed while you pay for fuel using Wallet as the payment method.
The minimum amount required to set up your Wallet is $5.
The value that you maintain in your 7-Eleven Wallet cannot exceed $1,000 in any single day.
The minimum Wallet balance required to pay for fuel is $1.
Yes, a verified phone number is required for performing a fuel loyalty transaction. Phone number verification can be done through the 7Eleven mobile app or 7Eleven website.
7REWARDS members will receive introductory cents-per-gallon fuel discounts for a predetermined period when purchasing fuel products at participating 7-Eleven gas stations. Welcome offers may vary by region.
The 7REWARDS Welcome fuel loyalty offer discounts expire 90 days after the first fuel transaction where the introductory fuel offer discount is redeemed.
The transaction limit will be 2 per day for Mobile Pay transactions.
Yes, all available fuel grades at a pump are eligible for member fuel discount.
If the mobile payment authorization fails, you can either choose a different payment method within the app, use your physical Credit/Debit card at the pump, or use cash to conduct a non-mobile fuel transaction.
You can cancel the transaction by pressing the “Cancel Authorization” button on the Mobile App “Pump Ready Screen”. The cancellation can only happen if fueling as not started. If fueling has started, simply hang up the pump nozzle and/or press Cancel button on pump interface.
The pump will start a non-loyalty transaction. No fuel loyalty discount will be applied to the transaction.
A transaction receipt will be provided at the end of the transaction within the mobile app and the transaction info will be stored in the “Transaction History” for future availability.
A transaction eReceipt will be provided at the end of the transaction via the email address provided on the account setup. If an email address is not available, transaction info can be viewed in the “Transaction History”.
If the fuel discount was applied to the fuel transaction, the transaction details will show the actual fuel price/gallon paid and the discount amount saved on that transaction.
The mobile “Pay for Fuel” feature is part of the 7Rewards App which is supported on iOS and Android devices.
Customers can earn additional cents per gallon (cpg) discounts by purchasing qualifying products. Earned cents per gallon expire 60 days from the date they were issued.
You can redeem up to $1.00 off per gallon for a single fill up. However, the minimum that you need to pay is 1c/gal.
7REWARDS members can set up the Siri experience on their iPhones by creating a Siri shortcut either through Apple's Shortcuts app or through the latest version of the 7-Eleven app via the Fuel landing screen. Users can also setup/customize the Fuel Siri shortcut on the payment confirmation screen by selecting the Siri icon and adding a shortcut name.
The gallon limit for 7REWARDS fuel loyalty discount redemption is 20 gallons per transaction. The pump will automatically shut off when it reaches either the 20-gallon program limit or the authorized dollar amount, whichever is lower. If the loyalty member needs more fuel, they must begin a new transaction. Discounts burned in previous transactions will not carry over.
Mobile Checkout is a new way of shopping at 7-Eleven that allows you to skip checkout lines and lengthy payment processes. Receive valuable promotions in real-time and take full control of your shopping experience
- Download the 7-Eleven app, register for an account, and visit a 7-Eleven store offering Mobile Checkout.
- Grab the products you want to purchase and scan them with your device’s camera.
- Pay securely with your preferred payment method.
- Confirm your purchase by scanning the QR code at the scanner near the exit. For further details check out the “How It Works” tab under the “Account” Icon on top left corner of the app.
To find out if Mobile Checkout is in a 7-Eleven near you, simply open the app, and click the map icon on the top right corner of your home screen and filter for ‘Mobile Checkout’ stores.
If you can’t see Mobile Checkout on your home screen, go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services > 7-Eleven (iOS) or to Settings > Apps & Notifications > 7-Eleven > Permissions > Location (Android) on your phone to allow location services. You must also be near one of the 7-Eleven locations.
You can purchase all products & hot foods using 7-Eleven Mobile Checkout except age-restricted products, such as alcohol and tobacco, and services such as gift cards and money orders. These items and services must be purchased through a cashier.
Yes. With Mobile Checkout, you’ll be able to earn all your 7REWARDS points and punches.
Yes. Once you’ve chosen your reward in the 7-Eleven "Rewards Menu", it will be added to "My Rewards". Your reward will be automatically redeemed when you scan your item using Mobile Checkout. If you delete the reward from your cart, it will be still available in "My Rewards".
Yes. All promotions will be automatically applied once you scan the item.
If the item is not scanning correctly, please see a sales associate, they can help you.
We accept most Credit and Debit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
There are 2 marked areas in each store where you can find bags at your convenience.
Yes. You can currently purchase a maximum of 20 items, or $40 per transaction (excluding tax).
Go to your “Account”, the icon in the top left corner of the app. Select “Purchase History”. There you will be able to see your latest transactions.

7-Eleven Wallet (“Wallet”) offers a simple way to add cash and cards to your phone so you can pay for goods at 7-Eleven stores while earning 7REWARDS.
You can add Cash, 7-Eleven Gift Cards, credit cards, and debit cards to your Wallet.
Wallet can be used at all participating 7-Eleven locations. To find out if Wallet is accepted at a 7-Eleven near you, simply open the app, and click the map icon on the top right corner of your home screen and filter for “Wallet” stores.
If you can’t see “Wallet” on your home screen, go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services > 7-Eleven (iOS) or to Settings> Apps & Notifications > 7-Eleven > Permissions > Location (Android) on your phone to allow location services. You must also be near one of the 7-Eleven Wallet locations.
No. Wallet can only be used at participating 7-Eleven locations.
Wallet can be used to purchase products and services at participating 7-Eleven stores that accept the Wallet (excluding lottery, gift cards, and money orders). The Wallet cannot be redeemed for cash or for store credit, except where required by law.
You can load and reload your 7-Eleven Wallet the following ways:
- At participating 7-Eleven locations, go to the 7-Eleven Store Associate to add cash directly into your Wallet
- Go to “Wallet” from your 7-Eleven mobile app and tap on “Add Money”
If you have a gift card, you can add your card into your wallet by entering the 16-digit gift card number on the back of your card.
If you don’t have a gift card, you can add money into your Wallet via the app with credit card, debit card, or ApplePay/GooglePay.
At participating 7-Eleven locations, go to the 7-Eleven Store Associate to add cash directly into your Wallet. The store associate will scan your Wallet barcode from your app to load cash into your Wallet. Go to your app to load your Wallet with any other form of payment (e.g., Debit card, Credit Card, ApplePay, or GooglePay).
Go to “Wallet” from your 7-Eleven mobile app and tap on “Add Money”. Select “Add 7-Eleven gift card” from the drop-down menu. Enter the 16-digit gift card number on the back of your card to transfer the balance of that card to your Wallet.
By adding your gift card your physical gift card balance will be $0.00 and all the funds will be available in your 7-Eleven Wallet. Your physical gift card will remain active and you can continue to reload funds into that card. Should you choose to transfer balance from the same gift card again after reloading that card, simply tap “Wallet” from your 7-Eleven mobile app and go to “Add Money”. Select “Add 7-Eleven gift card” from the drop-down menu. Enter the 16-digit gift card number on the back of your card to transfer the balance of that card to your Wallet.
You can remove credit cards from Wallet by tapping on “Account” on the top left corner for your 7-Mobile app, then selecting “Payment”. Swipe left on the credit card you want to remove from your Wallet.
You can purchase with your Wallet at any participating 7-Eleven locations. Lottery, gift cards, and money orders cannot be purchased with your Wallet.
In the 7-Eleven mobile app, tap on “Wallet” to view your Wallet balance.
If you have a Wallet set up, the barcode on your 7-Eleven mobile app will expire every few minutes to ensure added security to your Wallet. This means your barcode cannot be saved as a screenshot or printed. To refresh your barcode, pull down on the app homescreen and release to refresh.
No. For added security, the Wallet barcode expires after several minutes so you can't screenshot or print your barcode. You can refresh your screen to generate a new barcode. Simply pull down on the Wallet screen and release to refresh
Unless otherwise required by law or provided in these Terms, the dollar value in your Wallet is nonrefundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Yes, partial payments with 7-Eleven Wallet can be processed the same way Stores usually process partial payments.

Details of any such promotional Points offers will be available through the 7-Eleven Mobile App and subject to any additional terms, if applicable.
