4 Easy Steps to Lock Your Price

  • Login to your 7-Eleven app and navigate to the “Fuel” page. Find the Price Lock banner and press the “Lock Price” button.

  • Select your preferred fuel grade from the options displayed.

  • Your price is locked in! Press the “Find Participating Stores” button to view where you can fill up.

  • Pay at the pump using Mobile Pay in the 7-Eleven app.

  • Everyday Savings

How to Redeem Your Fuel Savings

  • With Your 7-Eleven App:

    1. Tap Fuel Now or Pay for Fuel in the 7-Eleven app.
    2. Choose Pump Number and pre-set fuel amount.
    3. Select payment.
    4. Lift nozzle, select fuel grade and start pumping.

  • With Your Phone Number:

    1. Press 7REWARDS on the fuel screen.
    2. Enter your verified phone number.
    3. Start pumping.

General FAQ

Members can save up to $1 per gallon in stackable discounts, on any fuel purchase up to 25 gallons. Members receive everyday savings of at least 5 cents per gallon while using 7Rewards.

Fuel Rewards are accepted at all 7-Eleven fuel branded stores, or anywhere you see “7-Eleven” on the fuel pump.To find a store near you, press the “Find fuel” button in the fuel section of the app.

Points cannot be redeemed for fuel discounts, but there are plenty of great deals to take advantage of inside the store!

To receive your discounts, press the 7Rewards button at the pump prior to fueling. After entering the phone number associated with your account, your savings will update at the pump.

You can verify your community status through ID.me by accessing the “community discounts” section in your profile, found in the top right of the app.

We send out special discounts for holidays throughout the year, as well as periodic surprise discounts to reward your loyalty.

Verification is quick and easy! Click on the “Verify with ID.me” button in the 7-Rewards app under Profile > Community Discounts > ‘Verify with ID.me’. Follow the steps, answer a few questions, submit verification, await confirmation from ID.me and then start saving!

• Log in to your ID.me account or create an account if you don’t have one

• If it is a new account, verify your email, return to the 7-Eleven app and click “Begin”

• Answer the questions

• Confirm shared information

• Upload documentation if necessary

• Wait for ID.me to process your request

• Once they process your request, you are all done! Start enjoying your exclusive fuel discount at 7-Eleven

When verifying through the app (Profile > Community Discounts > ‘Verify with ID.me’), once verification is complete, the community you are identified with will be marked as “verified” and you will begin receiving discounts and exclusive offers from us!

Depending on which community you are identified within, you will receive an additional discount! With these additional discounts, your fuel savings will STACK with all other offers! For example, your 5 cent per gallon community discount will stack with our everyday discount to allow you to save even more every fill-up!

If you belong to more than one community, the community that provides the greatest base discount will be applied.
