Since 2002, 7-Eleven, the world’s largest convenience retailer, has been celebrating its birthday on July 11 in a special way. We have given our customers a FREE Slurpee® drink on 7/11 to thank them for their loyal patronage and continued support.

7-Eleven, the world’s largest convenience retailer, was founded in 1927 as an icehouse storefront in Dallas, Texas, and it was known as Tote'm Stores between 1928 and 1946. We will celebrate our 96th birthday on July 11, 2023.

7-Eleven, Speedway and Stripes stores will celebrate Slurpee Day by giving EVERYONE a FREE small Slurpee® drink on 7/11! Additionally, 7REWARDS® and Speedy Rewards® members have until 7/10 to redeem an extra FREE small Slurpee® drink and can enjoy $1 deals on 25+ fan-favorite snacks like Big Bite® hot dogs and pizza slices from July 1-11.
How do you become a 7REWARDS® member, and is there a cost?
7REWARDS® is the proprietary loyalty program found in the 7-Eleven app, where customers can earn and redeem points on most purchases. Customers can also take advantage of offers, exclusive discounts and interactive features – awesome, right? The 7-Eleven app is available for download on smartphones via the Apple App Store or via Google Play. There is no cost associated with signing up for 7REWARDS.

How many FREE small Slurpee® drinks can each person claim?
Starting July 1st, each 7REWARDS® and Speedy Rewards® loyalty program member will receive one coupon in their 7-Eleven or Speedway account. To redeem, members can scan their 7-Eleven or Speedway app, Speedy Rewards physical card or enter alternate ID at checkout. Everyone will be eligible for a FREE small Slurpee® drink on 7/11. That means you can get 2 FREE small Slurpee® drinks between 7/1-7/11 if you're a loyalty program member.
Can I redeem my FREE small Slurpee® drink via 7NOW® delivery too?
Yes, you can order a FREE large Slurpee® drink through 7NOW® delivery on 7/8/23 only.
Is there a special 2023 Slurpee Day flavor?
To celebrate Slurpee Day, participating 7-Eleven®, Speedway® and Stripes® stores will feature a limited-time-only Sprite® Lymonade Legacy Slurpee® drink flavor, but every Slurpee drink flavor is available for customers’ enjoyment.
